Alicia had been named captain of her dance team (which she had wanted since EVAH!).
Dylan had lost 1kg and couldn't stop blabbing about how many new pairs of pants she was going to buy to celebrate.
Kristen had just played her 50th soccer game with the OCD High School team last night, as was going to be awarded for her good work in a week.
Claire had one a photography contest online and won 400 bucks thanks to it.
And I had just gotten a new text from my new favorite A-list boy, and the HAWTest of them all!
"EHMAGAWD!!" I blurted
"What??" the girls asked, all at the same time.
"Jay is taking me to the premiere pf The Longest Ride!!!"
"No way!! Does that mean you'll meet Scott Eastwood??" Alicia freaked!
"I hope so! Ehmagawd what do I wear?? We need to go shopping!! NOW!!"
"But we still have a History class to go to!" Kristen said, worried.
"Puh-lease Kris, grow a pair!" Dylan said. "Just call saying you are sick! You can even pretend you are your mom, you guys have the same voice!"
"I don't know guys..." Kristen's worry was clear in her voice.
"Hey Mass, I thought you found Nicholas Sparks stuff cheesy and stupid?" Claire remembered.
"So?? I could be going to watch a new movie of America freaking Pie, which is like the worst thing ever made!! I couldn't care less! All I know is that I'M GOING TO A MOVIE PREMIERE WITH MY HOTTIE!!!! Plus, I've seen the trailer for this one and it actually looks cool! And I ah-dore Britt Robertson!!" I said happily. "OK, so, shopping trip or what?"
"Guys, I'm not sure..." Kristen started to say, but Dylan cut her off.
"Oh gawd, just leave it to me." she walked up to a random EW passing by and asked for her phone. In a couple of minutes, we heard her say into the phone "Hello? Yes, this is Ms. Gregory, Kriesten Gregory's mom. Yes, exactly. My daughter just had a huge stomach pain and I went to pick her up. I just wanted to let you know she'll miss history for today. She was very concerned, so I decided to call you right away. OK, of course I'll tell her. Thank you very much. Have a good day." She hang up the phone and turned to us with a winning smile. "They told me to tell you not to worry, you'll catch up just fine sweety." She said, still in the same voice she used on the phone.
"Thanks mommy!!" Kristen smiled back.
"OK, now that that's done... Can we puh-lease go?? This is a fashion emergency!!" I said, already a bit annoyed at the unnecessary amount of time we were taking.
In about twenty minutes, we arrived to The Westchester, one of our favorite shopping malls.
We walked around for at least two hours, until I found everything I needed for the perfect outfit! I had to look AH-MAZING! It was my first date with Jay and he had chosen the perfect activity! Now I just HAD to thank him but choosing the perfect outfit!
"I just can't wait for tonight!!" I said, full of excitement! "The only thing that could make it better was if you guys were there with me."
"Let me see what I can do about that..." Alicia took her phone out of her bag and dialed her dad's number, while the girls waited impatiently...

Now, will the girls be able to go to the premiere as well? Will it go as smoothly as I wish? Will The Pretty Committee's general happiness last for long? You gotta wait for the next post to find out...
